The parent purchasing this child membership will receive a phone call from a Sound Clinic team member to identify the child’s name and date of birth to complete the registration process
Virtual Care Coordination Includes:
+ Scheduling appointments
+ Setting up lab draws
+ Purchasing supplements and/or specialty tests
+ Coordination with practitioners to get approval on short notice or up to 5 OMT visits
