Jessica Ditzel, PA-C

Physician Assistant - Certified

  • Integrative Primary Care Team

Background & Credentials

Originally from New Jersey, Jessica Ditzel received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Syracuse University and went on to complete her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. After graduation, she moved to Colorado and has proudly called it home for over a decade.

Jessica brings over 11 years of clinical experience to her role as a board certified physician assistant. She spent 11 years practicing at Denver Health Medical Center in both the Emergency Department and Adult Urgent Care, where she developed a strong foundation in conventional medicine. These settings provided invaluable experience caring for a diverse and often medically complex population, reinforcing her commitment to compassionate, comprehensive care.

Living in Colorado inspired Jessica to explore the rich natural environment around her, where she became interested in foraging and the medicinal properties of native plants. Her curiosity about natural remedies and whole-person healing ultimately led her to pursue a career in integrative medicine, where she could blend her conventional training with a more holistic and preventative approach to health.

Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys hiking, skiing, gardening, cooking, and listening to music. She appreciates how these creative and nature-centered practices mirror the principles of balance and wellness she brings to patient care.

Jessica is passionate about combining evidence-based medicine with integrative and functional approaches to help patients uncover the root causes of illness and achieve lasting wellness.
