Areas Of Expertise

In pursuit of deeper understanding of health and disease, she went on to complete certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine in 2018. This was ultimately another stepping stone on the road to an eventual specialization in environmental disease, chronic infection, gut health, autoimmune disruption and hormone balancing.

Jessica’s experience treating patients of all ages complements her passion for working with families as a whole to improve their health as a unit. She also has experience with the Bredesen protocol for prevention and reversal of cognitive decline. After years of taking tough cases head on with little support, Jessica was excited to join a bigger team whose divergent experiences led to similar conclusions.

Outside of medicine, Jessica has two teenage sons and they live together in a small rural town in northern California. They share her lifelong passion for athletics and together they enjoy mountain biking and other outdoor physical activities. Jessica is a certified level 1 CrossFit instructor at her local strength and conditioning gym.
